Your mentor is genuinely invested in your success, and the relationship lasts for your first two years on the team.
What lead sources does the team provide?
We connect our agents to lead platforms including Zillow, Realtor.com, EZ Home Search, and more. You also have an Inside Sales Agent working to set appointments for the team — so you’re not starting from zero or cold-calling alone.
What is the VIP Sphere Program?
It’s a complete system for growing referral business from your existing relationships. Clients get invited to four appreciation events per year. They have access to our moving truck and rental center. We use Fello — a seller nurturing platform — to stay in front of people in your database who might be thinking about selling. And once a month, we do a done-for-you social media day where we create your content and tell you exactly what to post and when.
What if I’m currently with another team or brokerage?
That’s very common. A private conversation is the best place to talk through what you’re looking for and whether there could be a fit. These conversations are handled with full discretion and professionalism.
What does “transaction and listing support” really mean day-to-day?
